I have some Markers set that are not on the Grid (Alt+S). By providing a guideline to the Marker, would help in putting other Objects on that spot.
Present situation in Blue: Here it is not clear if the Object is aligned with the Marker.
This is how this is solved in Reaper:
(I do not think magnetic lines for marker and/or grid is needed at the moment)
