How exactly do i do this because I can not get to log in to my admin account.

It is necessary on ftp to restore files which have been replaced from archive
"JС43 Patch Joomla 1.5.8 for Joomla Captcha 4.3.0 Stable" 
The best way to restore a copy which you did of archive before program 
installation

I want to remove it not restore...I can not log into my website because of 
captcha so
I have to delete the files.
