What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed captcha Jc43 for 1.5.7 and patch files for 1.5.7
2. Configured all but didn't show the images. So I uninstalled.
3. Next day couldn't log into admin page. Restored back up files but
nothing but blank page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
admin login page. I see Blank page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
joomla 1.5.7. The server is runing php4 not 5.

Please provide any additional information below.
watched the other issues like:

I remember i turned off gzip, may this could be the reason? if so what
could I do?

Arranged! I uninstalled Jsecure plugin, wich was working fine, but after
uninstalling
I could recover the admin page. :) Maybe U should check any incompatibility.

Thanks anyway.

The Joomla Captcha is fully compatible with the Joomla!. The question of the
compatibility of other extensions with the Joomla!. Unfortunately it is
impossible
to verify. :(
Good luck and good mood! :)
