Not Compatible With Joomla! System Cache Enabled #30

Testing on Joomla! 1.5.9 using Joomla! Captcha 4.3.0 Stable.  The plugin is
not compatible with system cache enabled.  It will let you change the
produced image X times (where X is set in the plugin configuration) but
this will only let ALL visitors change the image X times collectively, not
individually.

In other words, if you set X = 10 and one visitor clicks it 6 times and
another clicks it 4 times, then if/when they (or any other visitors) clicks
again then it will have reached it's maximum refresh limit and I believe
this will last for the duration of the cache.  So if you use this for your
contact forum then no one can contact you until the system cache has
expired (where this is defined in the Joomla! global configuration).
