What page URL will reproduce the problem?
http://www.inalambrix.es but it's not working now.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output is fine, perfect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The last version 4.3 with patches on Joomla 1.5.10

Captcha works perfect on the user component login view (full page login)
but not on user login module (looks fine but always wrong code). These are
different templates, both patched, off course, with the same reference to
user component but different captcha results. I've tried with other site
templates and always get the same result. Is necessary any other code
change in login module files?

In http://www.harita-cat.com/index.php?option=com_search I've seen Captcha
for searching in action, and typing wrong code (and receiving Captcha error
message) it shows me the all results. What about this?

I've tried with new version 4.5 and no way to solved it.

About the new version, there's an error in the archive that stops the 
installation:
reference to audio files. In the XML file appear uppercased.

Well, with the new update there's something new & good (for me): works the login
module on default joomla templates; with 4.3 there was no way. The other 
patches stay
working fine with my template.

I have to investigate why, now the problem is at my home, with the modules, 
because I
have  the same problem with search: component now works but module not (on my 
template).
