What page URL will reproduce the problem?
megha.magic-calls.com/joomla/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is not captcha image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Joomla Captcha 4.5 Plugin + Joomla! 1.5.10 patch
Please provide any additional information below.

It seems to me that the installation site is not in the root directory of a 
breach 
of security. I'm not sure exactly, but ... And just in case check the system 
requirements. Look System requirements Joomla Captcha: Joomla! 1.5.10, PHP 5 
with GD 
2, Apache or IIS, FireFox? or IE.

If nothing can send to victor@kupala.net data to access the website and ftp

Or look at the forums. This problem occurs in one and two thousand 
installations. 
Perhaps someone 

Try all the same to install at the root of the site

On Linux? Try installing package php5-gd. That did the trick for me.
