I can't get it to work. #44

What page URL will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? A captcha 
What do you see instead? Nothing.  No capcha image shows up there is only
an error when you try to register stating that the captcha is incorrect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? The
latest one.

Please provide any additional information below.

I installed the patch for 1.5.11, then installed the plugin, set the
parameters and enabled the plugin.  It still does nothing.
