joomla 15 captcha shows only JOOMLACAPTCHA in all my captcha enabled forms... #45

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output whould be randomly generated captcha code...instead it
shows only JOOMLA CAPTCHA text....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the version of the product is 4.5 i think...and the os is linux,

Please provide any additional information below.

while installing this captcha the captcha image has come but when the user enter
incorrect value for captcha it does nothing  please help me
