Captcha image is not shown in Register page #51

What page URL will reproduce the problem?
http://localhost/concertizer/index.php?option=com_user&view=register

My joomla version is 1.5.15 and I installed your plugin and patch for
1.5.15 and I add "user.login, user.remind, user.reset, user.register,
user.contact, user.poll, user.search" in parameter configuration. The
problem is no Captcha image displayed in my register page. (The captcha did
appeared in other place like login,password reminder...)

I checked the components\com_user\views\register\tmpl\ directory, the
default.php was patched correctly.

Any suggestions? Thanks

System requirements Joomla Captcha: Joomla! 1.5.10, PHP 5 with GD 2, Apache or 
IIS,
FireFox? or IE.
the directory for 'session.save_path' parameter (php.ini) must be writeable
Note PHP 4 can work stably, but is not guaranteed in all releases)
Not Compatible With Joomla! System Cache Enabled
