Enforce "!statg" as bot trigger only #6

Currently it is possible to trigger the bot with any string that starts with !statg, e.g. !statgsdfsdfs. It would be much nicer, if commands could exclusively be triggered with !statg instead.

This should be an easy fix to cmder.js.
