Capitalise title text (excludes title replacements)

This reenables the capitalisation feature of the widget, but only has it apply to things which don't have their text replaced. More accurately, it capitalises the text, but has it replaced afterwards.

Thanks for the pull request, but I don't think I will merge it. This is related to issue #9, which for instance affects qBittorrent and qView.

At first I thought about implementing something similar myself, but then I started thinking that it's fairer to be closer to the actual AppName:

• If an AppName does not appear capitalized when it should, it is an upstream issue that could be filled there, and which can be fixed locally by a replacement.

• In contrast, I don't think it's fair to enforce a small case fix by a replacement of an AppName that is entirely proper (after imposing capitalization by default).
