Sushi Browser not recognised in the default apps Windows 10. #21

This make it a bit difficult to use it, as it would obligatory launch an another web browser. The solution, would be to create a registry key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RegisteredApplications to make Windows 10, make Sushi Browser selectable. Until then, It can be done manually.
