Add some contributor docs #315

So, the question from @isBatak gave me the idea to add some credentials. At some point, we might add a more thorough guide, with Code of Conduct and whatnot. This seems functional for now.

@isBatak if you feel something necessary is missing, put a comment, and we can address it in this PR!

@spersico I recommend we put this file in the repo's root and name it CONTRIBUTING.md, so the GitHub UI can detect it and show a prominent link in the repo's info.
