Support multiple servers #15

It will be great future to support more than one server.
I have mpd server at home and work and it is problematic for me
to reconfigure pmix twice a day.

Best approach should be to configure more servers and
pmix try to connect to them, if failed advance to another.

Sorry, please close this I have only version from market, just tried 0.4.beta2 
which 
support it already.
