When current Wifi or Default host are unavailable, you cannot enter "Connection Settings" after picking "Settings" or "Exit" from "Connection Failed".

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Wifi host and Default host to be invalid IP addresses.
2. Switch to any screen in the App, observe "Connecting ..." dialog
3. When "Connection Failed" screen shows, choose either "Settings" or 
"Exit"
4. On the "PMix settings" screen, try to enter the "Connection Settings" 
screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be allowed to enter the "Connection Settings" screen, but you 
get sent back to the "PMix settings" screen unless you use the hardware 
back button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pmix-0.4-beta3 on Android 1.6 Build number: DRC83

Please provide any additional information below.

This may not be the place but Im not sure where to send feature requests 
but it seems a bit limiting to only have one server per wifi connect.

I think that if wifi isn't connected i need to force close it (version pmix 
0.4-beta4)
otherwise solid apps! awesome!
