Support For Album Artist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compilation/mix albums contain songs with many different artists.
2. All these are listed as individual artists in 'Artists', making it long
and difficult to navigate.
3. Support the tag 'Album Artist' (TPE2) instead of 'Artist' where available.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mpd 0.15 on Debian, with pmix latest built from source.

Please provide any additional information below.

Working on a patch for both jmpdcomm and the pmix sources.

Patch provided.

Includes additional option in settings to use either Artist or AlbumArtist via 
MPD
list methods.
