Recommendation: Both teams should use cvrr.csv on https://votedatabase.com/cvr/Georgia/Catoosa/, not cvr.csv. I compared the two raw files and cvrr.csv should get the presidential vote exactly correct, and other congressional offices within 1 to 5 votes, instead of 50 to 60.
Discrepancies in the original cvr were distributed across major party candidates. There are 11 precincts in the CVRs and we are missing 5-10 votes in all precincts. CVRs are counting some provisionals so that can't be the only reason.
