I do not get your point 3. Can you explain it a little more? Or maybe add some
screenshots?

When a book is deleted by popup, then for example if it press key number 1 on
the main page to open a menu go to page 1 instead of open it, then the twice
run okay. This occurs for example if it press enter on main page, the first
blink is shown, the twice run okay.

Alright, thanks for the explanation.
About the 'twice run'. Which of the next cases (A, B or C) do work?
A. I, Delete a book by popup
II, press 1
III, press 1
B. I, Delete a book by popup
II, press 1
III, Delete a book by popup
IV, press 1
C. I, Delete a book by popup
II, press 1
III, Go to homescreen
IV, press 1
Also:
*After the first run, is your book deleted?
*What do you mean by goto page 1. Page one of the deleted book, page 1 of the
first book in list, page 1 of a book you already started reading instead of the
page you left the book?
*What do you mean by going right, is another book opened and does that go to
the right page or, when you open the book of run one again, does it this time
go to the right page (e.g. the fact that you looked at page 1 is not saved).
*Do you press any next/previous page buttons after opening the book?

press 1
*What do you mean by go to page 1
when press # 1 on main page appears the page goto page 1, instead open menu
located in position #1

@drMerry: PRS 300/505 non-touch-models behave somewhat different then
touch-readers.
So there is a goto-page which is normally entered only in books if you press
one of the numeric-keys (right of the screen)
So it is clearly not OK to invoke this goto-page if in a menu.
@VictorSJG
I'm not aware of a popup to delete books!
I know the standard way of deleting the current-book in its book-info-menu.
How to get this popup?

You can get this popup, adding the action delete item for example on hold
number key, so when you are reading holding number key appears the popup, then
you should press cancel or delete.

Thank you, Victor!
to be checked: "DeleteCurrentItem" in /addons/StandardActions.js
But to be honest, I'm not a big fan of this functionality, and I'm not sure if
it can be implemented the way it is.
