I'm also interested in this. Does anybody know how the DC mic works at all? (I
know it goes in the controller, but I mean how it communicates with the DC and
such) Maybe somebody that owns one might be able to help figure out some of it.
If I knew more about what was necessary to emulate it, I might be able to offer
some suggestions or insight, although I'm not really a coder.

Mahjong Sou. All of them can use it. It'd be useful.

I am a programmer, but i dont know enough about emulation programming inorder
to do it myself, but im willing to pay any programmer who would impliment this
feature, paypal, western union, whatever, ill pay someone for this feature, i
would love to play seaman. Even if its a null mic plugin, meaning no microphone
but the dreamcast thinks it is and will allow me to actually play the seaman
game. but you cant even start without a mic, so i would be ok with a null
(non-working) mic plugin that at least makes the game think it has a mic, but
preferably a working one would be great. Again i'd pay to have this done, email
me if you are interested PLEASE.

@klavixs
drk has some basic microphone code buried somewhere if I recall. I'll see if I
can have that committed in the future. It doesn't really work, but it should be
enough to have stuff that require a microphone boot.
As for the payment you mentioned... you can use that money to upgrade your
system or get a new PSP or even WiiU when they come out. :)
