NHL 2K2 freezes #276

After the title screen, selecting a VMU to save to freezes the game. The 
console window generates neverending 'Write to P4 not implemented' messages 
(see pic for full message), and the game can not be played.
Occurs with Dynarec on and off.

Tested on r78, NTSC-U GDI version.

sh4 goes fubar, no idea what causes it. 
Any improvement with interpreter ?

No, the same error happens in Interpreter mode.

I cant see the menu on the title screen. Every element is invisible . When I 
press START, the game freezes for a moment . After that it is works again. It 
happens every time when I change the screens with different menus of game. 

Here some screenshots.

Tested with r135.

If I remember (it's been a while), you need to play with the z-buffer settings 
to see NHL 2K2's menus - one of the mode 2 options perhaps.
