I keep getting error 31020 download failed when trying to wake up my pokemon #60

Can you provide the program logs? Are there any errors in the console?

2024-05-16-1.log.gz 2024-05-16-2.log.gz 2024-05-16-3.log.gz 2024-05-16-4.log.gz debug.log latest.log I also did get the c-gear skin, but it didn't give the pokedex one. i also put in a lock capsule but i dont know where to claim the items

By removing the lock capsule I had it try to wake up my Pokémon for over 1h 30m and then it disconnected with error 91010
