Why?

We need to update the "Prerequisites" section of the USE.md document. Some parts are confusing to users, such as the lack of instructions on how to extract downloaded binary files.

We also need to add guidance on downloading the correct binary build for the user's specific operating system to prevent downloading the wrong file.

When running Katharsis, it may trigger system security policies, such as those on macOS. We need to provide users with guidance on how to resolve these issues.
