Housing issue #6

Buying a house or guild house will become a problem eventually, as it happened on old mrpg, im offering to make some sort of mechanism that will eventually sell the house if owners don't use it. For example:

Each real day from house/guild savings, payment will be taken, for example 150 gold, if owner has no to funds to pay, he will be warned and will have 1 day to pay, and after that everyone will be able to buy his house, however he doesnt lose it yet, he could pay his loan and house wont be sold, however he will lose the house when loan comes to 1/4 of house price.

Sample 1: Guy bought a house and placed 300 gold into the chest, after 3 days he was warned thay he has to pay, but he forgots and someone buys his house.

Sample 2: Guy bought a house and placed 150 gold into the chest, after 2 days he was warned thay he has to pay, but he has no money, after 2 more days noone bought his house and his loan now is 450, he pays it and noone can buy his house now.

I think just in the case of absence of a player at some time to sell the house, and the funds from the house to send the player by mail.

I just think these daily payments, only complicate the understanding of mod and economy To me and so it seems that it is still a difficult mod. Since it is one of the first with so many systems, related to the economy, elements and menu items

@Anime-pdf can you do it? It shouldn't be particularly difficult. Check the timestamp at login and determine if it's missing.
