Sorry to create multiple prs, but there is a small problem with the last pr ( which makes it impossible for me to clone locally, so I turn it off ) ( and I dont want make too many commits,This will embarrass me.. ) And this pr I fix syntax errors and translate untranslated content

@ST-Chara , will need to update the tables for translation using _sync_lines_for_translate_ in the game. Most of the lines are out of sync, and are content from 0.7.

Strings that have hash, you should not translate until synchronization
