Why do we have two README files? We should decide which to use and remove the other if not needed. In package checking, devtools::check() returns a NOTE:

Non-standard file/directory found at top level:
  ‘README.Rmd’

Added README.Rmd to the .Rbuildignore file in commit 7af44b543dd7e658f85523b4665c014c30c16830
