Facility Names #32

Heres a SQL dump of what I have on record for the facility names:

If you want me to add a special endpoint to return a full list of facilities from my API then I'd be happy to.

I may end up doing the endpoint at some point anyway as some Indar bases are due to be removed from the game after the upcoming update thats happening soon(tm)

An endpoint would be great. I'd cache it through my servers as well.
