Only store options in storage.sync #39

storage.sync has many limitations which .local does not. That is the cause why the extension is so slow (at least for me). https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/storage#property-local

-> Sync options to sync, read them on startup, save to local. Use local everywhere apart from that.

It seems like the slowness comes from the animation.
