Build a Python SDK #1320

Background & motivation

This has been requested several times, by at least 4 users, and we've had an old issue for it at https://github.com/kurtosis-tech/kurtosis-private/issues/461

Desired behaviour

Kurtosis has a Python SDK, equivalent to Go & Typescript

How important is this to you?

Painful; the lack of this feature makes using Kurtosis frictionful.
