Description & steps to reproduce

User ran Hyperlane relayers and validators for 1 week and attempted to edit the enclave for a new configuration and encountered no space left on device. I verified the issue was not due to log storage by investigating the users cloud box. Need to investigate what was causing the cloud box to run out of space.

Desired behavior

Users cloud boxes do not run out of space
