SDK commands/calls to kurtosis are not counted in usage metrics #522

Background & motivation

If you are using the SDK to create a package or run a package, those usage metrics are not currently captured. This is not great because we (Kurtosis) are missing metrics and data from SDK usage and prevents us from using data to inform our decisions and investments

Desired behaviour

Kurtosis collects and sends usage metrics back about commands/actions from SDK calls to the Kurtosis engine

How important is this to you?

Painful; the lack of this feature makes using Kurtosis frictionful.

@leeederek what does the priority of this ticket looks like? @h4ck3rk3y by the looks of it - it appears to be easy - let me know if I am missing some context here - accordingly will move this ticket to front-burner or back-burner.

@Peeeekay , in 1-3 weeks. This is important after we have users in the funnel using the product
