Upgrade request: pagination plugin #93

Hi,

i can't use the old plugin jekyll-paginate, why not working with multiple collections, you can upgrade to jekyll-paginate-v2

the error is this : undefined method `pagination_enabled?' for Jekyll::Paginate::Pager:Class
