Add contributes.walkthroughs to make the startup process smoother and more accessible for beginners.

It will specifically address challenges such as:

• Obtaining and configuring the OpenAI API Key
• Clarifying the usage steps:
  • Open a Markdown file, select a line and then trigger suggestion
