Latest update @laboon looking in with @lsaether about a potentially other solution to use other than MKDocs because of the unsupported localization factor/s.

Just reviewing old PRs here. Since we're rolling in the Kusama userguide into the polkadot wiki, what do we want to do with this old translation? Merge it in and keep it until the kusama userguide is gone?
