Update PoS date #78

The PoS move did not take place 1 - 4 weeks after network went live. Updating to latest estimate (within two weeks from today, which would be mid- to late October_

Note that my Emacs auto-killed some (superfluous) EOL whitespace. This shouldn't impact anything (and is probably a good thing to do!)
