Update commands to remove defaults. #27

Update to remove some defaults. Also "interval" now needs a unit (s, m, h, etc.), but "5m" is the default.

Also, the osv certifier is now under "guacone certifier", so add that.

I'll create a PR to use the new guacsec/guac image and pull in the CLI changes.
