Issue in jPicker while using a showModalDiv and has issues in IE7 #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using jPicker as the colorPicker. The color palettes are added in a 
modalDiv
2.In IE7, the color picker cannot be moved freely across the window. It is 
fixed only at the top and moves left and right , but not downwards.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The colorPicker goes behind the modalDiv.Not able to chose the color

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
