Element Mac 0.47.0_r299 transport issue #524

Describe the bug The transport buttons don't seem to be working in v 0.47.0_r299

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load a MIDI sequencer (such as Riffer)
  2. Connect to an audio unit
  3. Generat a sequence
  4. Press play on transport
  5. Sequence doesn't respond

Expected behavior The sequence should start to play

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Standalone or Plugin both

Additional context This was an issue in a previous version, and was reported (#434) and fixed.

Same here on Windows x64 builds all after r277 .. till r326!

Ok, checking this one out this week. Finally am back in a position to at least start knocking out some low hanging fruit.

@mfisher31 build a windows pre-release binary plz so i can test it for this issue. :)
