neural amp modeler ParametricOD does not work #752

Describe the bug neural amp modeler ParametricOD v0.1.3 does not work in element. If setup it then element was down.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'main'
  2. Click right on 'plugins' -> steven atkinson -> ParametricOD That's it. element programs goes down.

my env windows 11 pro 64bit 23H2 22631.3155 element 0.46.6

Can't reproduce it in the develop branch. Loads fine on my end.

Also, usually when the app goes down it's because the plugin crashed, not Element.

For example, ParametricOS in StudioOne is OK. I don't know about development version elements.
