That message means the plugin either crashed or otherwise couldn't load. What plugins exactly is this happening with?

I just try to go to view > plugins manager and I click on option > then search path > vst path, but when I scroll down I found that message "Deactivated after failing to initialise correctly " with the path of my vst plugins

Strange. I'm not sure why it's not loading then. I was thinking maybe you had *.dll's or something.
