If a task does not have an HabitRPG id, then create a new task #36

I've looked closer at my history file, and found this:

"habitrpg": {
        "err": "No matching document found."
      }

I think the combination of this and the date_string, should close out #30

Looks sound to me.

Do you have habits that look like todos that you can't delete? That's what happened to me when I got an undefined id.

Yeah. I have one that I'm hoping this fix might prevent in the future.
