LTAA & LTBB Callsigns Changed #2

LTAA & LTBB FIR callsigns changed and my contrellers report CCAMS not assigning from the ranges.

Callsigns are now

Prefix: ANK ML: LTBB;

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
W, WN, WS

LTAA:

7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
N, C, S, E, EN, ES, A

Probably due to prefix CCAMS not assign squawks from the predifined ranges.

A differentiation by the middle letter is currently not foreseen/implemented. I'll keep it in mind for future developments. For now, I've added an entry for ANK to use the LTAA range. It's a simplification, but at least the codes should be ok for ~50% of the cases.
