Would like capility for norwegian airports please

Happy to help. There is no "activation" required. You can use the plugin for any place. For Norway, I've only the ranges per FIR available (as issued by VATEUD). If you have more details for airport-specific ranges, please share them so I can adapt the configuration accordingly.
