When using the online rescoring tool, I got this error after launching Prosit:
Please make sure that your uploaded "msms.txt" is also named "msms.txt"
Here is the job ID: F282C391AB223FBF5955ABF402658089
The msms.txt file comes from a Maxquant search on 1 raw file. I have no such error on other fractions.
