Properly save and restore position after restart in non-Australis browsers, in particular in Pale Moon.

Thank you for supporting Pale Moon! I would be most grateful if you could also publish updated version on AMO or GitHub (since the signed version isn't required).

And considering the end of support of legacy add-ons in Firefox, it would be also nice to have Extended Statusbar hosted at https://addons.palemoon.org. Ping @Lootyhoof, @FranklinDM.
