Customize from ESB itself

We should make the customization of ESB much easier. It should be possible to:

• open the ESB configuration dialog by right clicking on the bar
• hide/unhide specific ESB elements by right clicking on the bar

I caught a few bugs:

• There is a bug with Show Percent in the right click menu and in the Options dialog, it's like they are not synced. If uncheck Hide percent in options, it stays checked in the right click menu. Try it out and you'll see it doesn't work as it should.
  • Unchecking Show Loaded, actually hides images, and unchecking Show Images hides Loaded.

It would probably be better to rename Options Menu -> ESB Options or something like that, since when I first read it I wasn't sure if that is for ESB, or something else. It sounds a bit confusing.

Looks cool. Just so you know, GitHub supports closing issues with a commit. Check this out https://help.github.com/articles/closing-issues-via-commit-messages. It makes it much easier to track what was done like that :)
