file info pop-up clipped by edge of file list div #31

Steps to reproduce:
Hover over one of the bottom 6 files or directories in the current directory 
list div on the right side of the window. The yellow file/directory info pop-up 
is clipped to the div boundary and much of the information is obscured. In 
order to see the whole pop-up you must scroll the file list downward.

Expected result:
You should be able to see the entire pop-up no matter where the file/directory 
is in the div.

OS & browser info:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_8_3) AppleWebKit/537.31 (KHTML, like 
Gecko) Chrome/26.0.1410.33 Safari/537.31
