Callthru function #604

I configured the callthru according the default information in the "Prefix for 
Callthru" field - "Phone nummber, PIN#". But in no sicumstances the Phone is 
triggering the callthru function. How can I force this function to test - or do 
I understand something wrong about it? If I calling manually thru the callthru 
evering works fine.
