Suggestion: Preferred Call Type #616

Currently the three options in Preferred Call Type are:
a) Sipdroid only
b) Sipdroid, when available
c) Phone

I think this is not really about "preference" and more about "least cost." 

I suggest this change:
1- Instead of Preferred Call Type, the dialog should say Least Cost Settings.
2- There should be multiple dropdown boxes, labeled WLAN, 3G, EDGE, VPN, and 
Roaming.
3- For each dropdown there are two choices: VoIP or Phone.

This way someone with an unlimited data plan could select VoIP for all cases 
(except maybe roaming). Someone with a small or no data plan could select VoIP 
only for WLAN. Etc.
