Add description for further solved issues/added features to changelog #689

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a look at the changelog ;-)

Great to see such a long list of fixes and features in the changelog, but for 
most users it's rather annoying and time consuming to look up one and every 
single issue number ("fixed issue YYY") instead of having at least the summary 
after the issue number ("fixed issue YYY (<summary>)"). Would be great to get 
this changed in further releases!

Anyway, keep up the good work!

Hold your mouse over the issue numbers to read the summaries.
