Speaker/Hold/Mute/Transfer causes force-close

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make call/get call
2. use one of the options for speaker/hold/mute/transfer
3. if you get no force-close just repeat like switching speaker on/off, mute 
on/off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-. Force close, phone is beeping/vibrating several times, the call symbol stays 
in status bar/process still running, but you cannot switch back into the 
call/process anymore, have to reboot the phone.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 1.6.1, Samsung Galaxy S international i9000/Android 2.2.

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
PBXes

Which type of network are you using?
wifi/3G

Please provide any additional information below.
